Day Spa 757 Polices
Reservations
A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa services. We gladly accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Cancellations
Please
provide a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes of all
appointments. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24-hour
notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service. No Shows will be
charged the full service price. This policy also applies to gift
certificate holders.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Gift Certificate Policies
Gift
certificates may be used for services or retail products (excluding
gratuity) and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates
will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and cannot be refunded for cash
or charge credit. All gift certificates expire 3 months from the date
of issue.
Retail Policy
If
you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, please
notify us within 3 days, and we will be happy to issue a gift
certificate for the full amount of the purchase.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions:
Prior
to receiving your service(s), please inform us about any special needs
or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or
disabilities.
Children
Children are not permitted in the treatment areas unless receiving spa services.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Cell phones and pagers must be silenced before entering the spa.
